The Berthoud Community Library will be hosting its second "Paws to Read" this Monday February 27 from 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm.           Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to the 1300-block of Cherry Avenue in Loveland, in unincorporated Larimer County, at 9:44 p.m. last night after a female called 911 to report a shooting.  Upon arrival, deputies discovered a 51-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his upper torso.
