The crew obtained vitals and transferred care to TVEMS when they arrived. The patient was packaged for transport. June 1 - 4 Thursday, June 1 Berthoud Fire deployed to a scheduled pub-ed event at MS Metals on N. County Road 15C for fire extinguisher training. Engine 61 and LFRA were called to a service request by the Parks Unit at 3900 S. County Road 31, Carter Lake. There was an estimated ½ acre of oil in the water. May 1 - 7 Monday, May 1 Squad 61 and TVEMS were dispatched to the 4000 block of Page Place for a medical. TVEMS assumed patient care and the crew assisted with obtaining medical history. Both parties provided a full confession. A warrant is forthcoming as the female driver is currently incarcerated in Jefferson County. Thanks to Edgewater Police Department for their vigilance. March 1 - 5 Wednesday, March 1 Squad 61 and TVEMS were dispatched to the 200 block of 2nd St for a medical. The patient refused transport. Thursday, March 2 Engine 61 and TVEMS responded to the 100 block of Sunset Court for a patient who had fallen. TVEMS began patient evaluation while Engine 61 obtained a patient history and patient medication list. Engine 61 then obtained the stretcher from the ambulance.
