October 1 - 9 Saturday, October 1 Suspicious Circumstances: Hwy 287, Several callers called and reported the gates to a business were open and the business was closed. Nothing suspicious or stolen. Owner came and locked the gate. Family Problems: 2nd Street, a caller states ex-husband is allegedly mentally abusing her and their child. Investigation continues.     September 1 - 4 Thursday, Sept. 1 Citizens assist in the 500 block of Kansas Avenue for a woman who needed a ring removed. Engine 61 removed the ring with a rotary tool. Engine 61 responded to the 2000 block of Nicholson Street for a 60-year-old man who had fallen and was bleeding from the head. The crew arrived and found TVEMS already on scene providing care. September 1 - 4 Thursday, September 1 Fraud / Suspicious Circumstances: Mountain Avenue, a credit union called and stated a young girl lost her wallet in Longmont, and someone used her debit card. Later that same day a man called the credit union and stated he found this girls wallet and wanted her information to meet with her. August 1 - 7 Monday, August 1 Theft: Mountain River Road, a resident called to report a 25’ Gooseneck PJ Trailer had been stolen from the driveway. Violation of a Protection Order: Jenny Lane, a 37-year-old female violated the protection order with her husband by sending messages to him. Berthoud Fire Protection District Incident Reports August 1 – 7 Monday, Aug. 1 Engine 62 responded to the 4000 block of Meining Road for a 15-year-old girl who was having a seizure. The crew assisted TVEMS with assessing vitals and obtaining a history. The patient was then packaged and loaded for transport.   July 1 - 3 Friday, July 1 Engine 62 responded to a medical call on Singing Waters Ct. for a woman who had fallen and was found lying in the bushes up against the house. The crew began obtaining vitals and transferred patient care to TVEMS once they arrived. The patient was loaded for transport to the hospital. Saturday, July 2 Obstruction/Violation of a Protection Order/Mental Health: North Berthoud Parkway/CR 14 - A man was parked on Berthoud Parkway and throwing items onto the roadway and chasing people along the sidewalk. The Larimer County Sheriff's Office reports that Spencer has been found safe. More details to follow. On July 14, 2022, at approximately 1:53PM, searchers located Spencer Hallman, tired and dehydrated, but otherwise safe. He is being escorted out of the wilderness area on horseback by the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office Posse.   June 1 - 5 Wednesday, June 1 Squad 61 responded to the 800 block of Humboldt Peak Lane to help the homeowner with changing the smoke detector batteries.
