It was mistakenly reported that FEMA was involved in todays press conference. FEMA is not presently involved in the fire management, rather it is the Thomas Great Basin Type 1 Incident Management Team organized under the National Wildfire Coordination Group(NWCG)that is now overseeing fire suppression efforts on the Reservoir Road Fire.   Fire caused by resident burning leaves and twigs Chief Merlin Green of the Loveland Fire Department began Monday afternoon's press conference by saying the fire has covered 900 acres and is 20 percent contained. The fire, while not as active as yesterday, is still quite active. The most active area of the fire is moving to the west-northwest. The wild land fire between Flatiron Reservoir and Pinewood Reservoir west of Loveland has officially been named the Reservoir Road Fire.
