Police stopped a driver at 1:44 a.m. shortly after he left the ramp from First Street to Highway 287. The driver, a 39-year-old Loveland resident, was cited for DUI and failure to drive in a single lane. The case of the vehicle running in to the building at 919 Mountain Avenue is under investigation. Larimer County, Colorado—Beginning January 1, 2011, Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations require us to report the weight of trash being dumped at the Larimer County Landfill.
