A Christmas Story of a Family Reunited By: Board of Larimer County Commissioners A young teen had been in Larimer County Department of Human Services (DHS) custody for several years. The youth first came into custody as a toddler when they were removed from their mother. Unsuccessful attempts were made by DHS to locate the father.
