  Larimer County Sheriff's Office investigators have charged Beau Graves, DOB: 031887, and Joshua Cruz, DOB; 062291, in connection with the home invasion/armed robbery that occurred on March 29 in unincorporated Loveland.  The two men allegedly broke into the home of the 48-year-old victim, assaulted him, tied him up and stole his car, a 2006 Nissan 350Z, as well as numerous items from within the home, including a bank debit card. Assault took place in front of Southern Ute Police Station DENVER – Christopher L. Romero, age 36, of Ignacio, Colorado, was sentenced on April 4, 2011, by U.S. District Judge Marcia S. Krieger to serve 37 months in federal prison for committing domestic assault by an habitual offender. After serving his prison sentence, Romero was ordered to serve 3 years on supervised release. DENVER – Gerald Rising, Jr., age 59, of Centennial, Colorado, the owner and operator of Rural Health Plans Initiative Administration Company, also based in Centennial, was indicted late yesterday by a federal grand jury for mail fraud, embezzlement from a health care plan and money laundering, the U. Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the 200-block of Monroe Avenue in Loveland at approximately 4:30 p.m. yesterday (March 29) on the report of a home invasion and vehicle theft.
