Hunter Hawkins to serve 2-year Mission in Mexico

Hunter Hawkins, a 2009 graduate of Berthoud High School, has been called to serve for two years in the Mexico City West Mission of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Hawkins, son of Bryce and Nancy Hawkins, will serve the people of Mexico and teach about Jesus Christ in the Spanish language. He is an Eagle Scout, and while attending Berthoud High School played varsity lacrosse and soccer, sang with the Bridge Between Show Choir, performed in various school ... Full Story

The Ptarmigan String Quartet will be performing at the Berthoud United Methodist Church on Sunday, April 25 at 3 p.m. This is a free concert with donations being accepted for the church building fund.
