  The annual community Help Kids Succeed school supply drive is under way for students in need. This year, the drive will provide 1,300 backpacks filled with supplies to students in the Thompson School District.       Loveland Public Library will close two hours early at 6 p.m., Thurs., May 26 to accommodate some electrical work as part of the major expansion project currently under way.  The library should reopen at its regular time, 9 a.m., Fri., May 27.
