Berthoud Fire to perform hydrant flushing
Press Release BERTHOUD — Berthoud Fire Protection District crews will perform fire hydrant flushing starting 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday in the Little Thompson Water District outside the town of Berthoud. Flushing there will continue through March 10. Starting March 11, crews will flush hydrants inside Berthoud. According to Fire Marshal P. Colorado Department of Transportation Press Release Due to the inclement weather forecasted for Sunday and Monday, the contractor has decided to postpone the closure of US 34 just east of Estes Park, which was scheduled to begin on March 1st for bridge demolition and reconstruction.
