Premier sending 3 to gymnastic regionals

By Julee Graham Three gymnasts representing Premier Gymnastics of the Rockies have qualified for the regional level competition. Level 8 gymnasts Rachel Rost and Anisha Alvarado and Level 10 gymnast Bailie Holst are Regionals bound. The level 8 USAG State Championships took place March 25. Rachel Rost and Anisha Alvarado both finished in the top 5 All-Around in the 14 year old Division, with Anisha Alvarado placing 4th and Rachel Rost placing 5th.   Premier Gymnastics of the Rockies have an impressive amount of gymnasts that qualified for the 2012 Colorado USA Gymnastics State Championships.   Premier Gymnastics of the Rockies had their final meet of the season before the State Invitationals. They competed in the 2012 Colorado Sky Invitational at Bear Creek High School, hosted by Jet Gymnastics on March 10 and 11. Level 10 gymnast, Bailie Holst, took the title once again as the All-Around Champion (Score 35.850) in the 16-year-old Division. Holst placed 1st on Vault (9.500) and Beam (9.000).
