Winifred Sawchuk, 58, of Loveland passed away Sept. 6 at her residence. She was born Feb. 9, 1951 in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Thomas E. Rammelkamp and Winifred White Rammelkamp. She married Nicholas Sawchuk on Sept. 9, 1978 in Bayport, N.Y. Sawchuk was a secretary at schools and churches. She enjoyed walking and being with her grandchildren. Rick Mayo, 64, of Berthoud died Sept. 12, 2009, at Pathways Hospice in McKee Medical Center in Loveland. He was born Dec. 20, 1944, in Clarendon, Texas, to O.D. and Dee Mayo. Josephine Ann (Monteforte) Heidenreich passed away on Sept. 10, 2009, at the Pathways Hospice Care Center at McKee Medical Center. She was born July 8, 1923, in Braintree, Mass., to Philip Monteforte and Lucy (Trigona) Monteforte. She grew up in Braintree, where she met her husband-to-be, Donald Fredrick Heidenreich. Virginia Lee Shannon, a longtime Loveland resident, died Tuesday, Aug. 18, at the Regional West Hospital in Scottsbluff, Neb. She was 86.
