BFPD responded to Ninth Stree for a carbon monoxide incident. The carbon monoxide detector was sounding and the monitor did report a small amount of CO in the air. It was recommended to the resident owner to have their furnace checked the same day. The fire crew followed up later in the day.
BFPD assisted TVEMS with a medical call on Sunnywood Place. The patient was transported.
Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008
BFPD was called to a structure fire on Sixth Street. Upon arrival there was nothing showing. There had been a report of sparks coming from the chimney. After further investigation nothing was found.
Thursday, Nov. 27, 2008
BFPD responded to a car fire on I-25 at mile marker 252. Upon arrival to the scene there was a fully involved suburban vehicle on fire. There were seven fatalities as a result of this accident.
BFPD responded to a false alarm at the Berthoud Living Center.

BFPD assisted TVEMS with a medical call on Arapahoe St. The patient was transported.
BFPD assisted with a medical call on Aspen Dr. for a person having chest pain. The patient was transported.

BFPD responded to a two-vehicle rear end type accident on I-25 at mile marker 252. One patient complaining of neck pain was transported.
