The Colorado ICE Football team will be playing their 2010 Indoor Football League (IFL) season opener versus the Sioux City Bandits, Saturday, February 27th at the Budweiser Events Center. The annual rivalry between the Bandits and ICE has been hotly contested every year since the ICE inaugural season in 2007.
The ICE are looking to build upon last year’s “2009 IFL Most Improved Franchise” award and have signed former Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Jason English and former University of Colorado star running back Bobby Purify. Both will make their IFL debut this Saturday at the Budweiser Events Center.
