*1. Cottingham Expansion Of A Nonconforming Building, FILE #10-Z1788: Request: Appeal to Section 4.8.10. B. 1 of the Larimer County Land Use Code to expand a nonconforming dwelling within the required setback from Highway 14 and the setback from the side property line; located at 8345 Poudre Canyon Highway, 8 miles from the junction of HWY 287 and HWY 14.

*2. Pleasant Acres 2nd Filing Lot 33 Easement Vacation, File #10-S2950: Request: A request to vacate a 5 foot utility easement along the east and south property lines; located at 602 Riverbend Dr., 1/10 mile off Highway 14 Frontage Road on Riverbend Drive.

LIttle Elk Meadows Bed And Breakfast Minor Special Review And Appeal, FILE #10-Z1781 TABLED FROM APRIL 19, 2010: Request: Approval to operate a Bed and Breakfast with 6 or fewer guests in the O-Open Zone District. The request includes an appeal to Section 8.6.3. C. 1 of the Land Use Code that requires all off-road, nonresidential drives and parking areas be paved; located off the east side of Highway 36, between Estes Park and Lyons.

4. Henneberg Medical Marijuana Zoning Violation: located at 1621 W. County Rd 8, Berthoud

5. Milton Alsum Exemption Parcels 2 & 3 Amended Plat, File #10-S2942: Request: Amended Plat of the Milton Alsum Exemption to remove a 100-foot building setback line from Parcel 2 and remove a 150-foot building setback line from Parcel 3 designated on the plat and to allow a second access point from County Road 18 to Parcel 3; located south of County Road 18 and east of Darton Drive
