*1. COLORADO CHERRY COMPANY EXPANSION OF A NONCONFORMING USE, FILE #10-Z1789: Request: To approve the ìexpansionî of a nonconforming use. Converting a nonconforming restaurant use to a coffee shop/retail use; located in Pinewood Springs on the north side of Highway 36.

*2. HOLBROOK APPEAL, FILE #10-G0191: Request: Appeal to Section 4.3.2. I of the Larimer County Land Use Code, related to the use of a Manufactured Homes as an accessory structure on a single-family residential lot; located on a 40-acre parcel divided by NCR #27 (Buckhorn Rd.) approx. 7.5 miles NW of CR #25E (Glade Rd).

*3. RIVERBLUFFS TRAILHEAD FLOODPLAIN SPECIAL REVIEW: Request: To approve the Floodplain Special Review based on the Flood Review Boardís Recommendation for approval; located at the southeast corner of County Roads 32E and 3

*4. CRAWFORD ACRES LOT 16 & 17 AMENDED PLAT AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL, FILE #10-S2938: Request: Change the wording of approval condition #4, Crawford Acres amended plat, approved by the Board of County Commissioners March 15, 2010; at 524 Sunrise Lane, 600 feet north of Cherry Street, behind Irish Elementary School.


5. LAZY D RANCH RURAL LAND USE PLAN, FILE #09-S2917: Request: To divide 190 +/- acres in the following manner: Up to six (6) single family residential lots and two (2) Residual Lots. The property consists of two (2) existing home-sites, plus the original historic farmstead which includes a ranch house and an accessory caretakerís residence. The applicants are proposing four (4) additional home-sites. Lots 1-6 will range in size from 2-5 acres. The residual land will be protected from further development for a minimum of 40 years, by a conservation mechanism, as required under the RLUP; located west of Bellvue, at the crossing of County Road 63E and the south fork of the Cache la Poudre River

6. COLUMBINE LODGE SPECIAL REVIEW AND APPEALS, FILE #09-Z1745: Request: A) Special Review for an existing non-conforming resort lodge and retail store, and expansions to include a tent campground and office/retail space for recreational business. B) Appeals to Section 18.4.1. B, Section 18.4.3. B, Section 18.4.3. D and Section 18.4.4.A regarding the campground addition; located on the north side of Highway 14 (Poudre Canyon), approximately 10 miles west of Highway 287, in the Poudre Park Subdivision.
