*1. CRYSTAL LAKES 12TH FILING LOTS 2 & 4 LOT CONSOLIDATION/EASEMENT VACATION, FILE #10-S2978: Request: A Lot Consolidation to combine 2 lots and vacate a 20í utility easement located along the common lot line of the two lots. If approved, the recording instrument for this application will be a Findings and Resolution from the Board of County Commissioners; located off Micmac Dr. and Ottawa Way.

*2. CUSHMANíS LAKEVIEW 2ND FILING LOTS 18, 19 & 20 AMENDED PLAT FILE #10-S2979: Request: Amended Plat of Lots 18, 19 and 20 of the Cushmanís Lakeview Subdivision 2nd Filing to adjust the lot line between Lot 18 and Lot 19/20, in order to correct a building violation; located on the west side of Ann Street, on the west side of Horsetooth Reservoir in the Cushmanís Lakeview Subdivision.

*3. HESSDORFER-PHILLIPS SUBDIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT TIME EXTENSION, FILE #06-S2610: Request: Approval to withdraw the Final Plat, and obtain a two year extension of the Preliminary Plat approval; located off the north side of Highway 56, west of Berthoud and south of the Harvest Heights Subdivision.

4. GRANT FAMILY FARM APPEAL, FILE #10-G0199: Request: An appeal to Section 4.3.10. A. 3 of the Larimer County Land Use Code to allow processing of birds/fowl at the Grant Family Farm site, which use is currently excluded in the value added agricultural processing use description; located on the south side of County Road 72 between County Roads 15 and 17.

5. SPRING GREEN PLANNED LAND DEVELOPMENT & PLANNED LAND DIVISION PRELIMINARY PLAT TIME EXTENSION, FILE #03-S2210: Request: A request to withdraw the current final plat application and extend the preliminary plat approval for the Spring Green Planned Development and Planned Land Division; located on the East side of Overland Trail, approximately Ω mile south of County Road 50E.
