CONSENT ITEMS: *Will not be discussed unless requested by Commissioners or members of the audience.

*1. GLACIER VIEW MEADOWS 1st FILING LOTS 42 & 43 LOT CONSOLIDATION AND EASEMENT VACATION FILE #10-S2996: Request: A Lot Consolidation to combine 2 lots and vacate two 10í utility easements located along the common lot line of the two lots. If approved, the recording instrument for this application will be a Findings and Resolution from the Board of County Commissioners; located at 2710 Green Mountain Drive; 1.5 miles west of County Road 74E.

*2. CRYSTAL LAKES 5TH LOTS 27 & 40 LOT CONSOLIDATION, FILE #10-S2995: Request: Approval to consolidate Lots 27 and 40 in the Crystal Lakes 5th Subdivision into a single lot, with the recording instrument being a Findings and Resolution by the Board of County Commissioners; located off the north side of Osage Trail, south and east of Muskogee Trail

*3. STRATMAN/GRIFFIN APPEAL, FILE #10-G0204: Request: An appeal to build a 1440 square foot storage building/garage on a vacant lot less than 2.0 acres in size. Section 4.3.2.J of the Larimer County Land Use Code specifies that the size of storage buildings and garages on vacant lots less than 2 acres in size may not exceed 800 square feet; located approximately 300 feet south of the intersection of Vine Drive and Hollywood Street on the west side of the street.

*4. LAND USE CODE AMENDMENTS (CHICKENS), FILE #10-CA0111: Request: To add backyard chickens as an accessory use to Section 4.3.10. of the Land Use Code.

5. BERTHOUD FAMILY CHURCH SPECIAL REVIEW, FILE #10-Z1816: Request: Approval to allow a child care center within an existing church for up to 30 children in the FA-1 Farming Zoning District; located approximately º mile south of the intersection County Road 8E and County Road 23 on the east side of the road.

6. FLOWER POWER BOTANICALS SPECIAL REVIEW, FILE #10-Z1798: Request: Approval of a Medical Marijuana Grow Operation & Dispensary in the I ñ Industrial Zoning District; located at 1308 Duff Drive, Fort Collins, North of Duff Drive approximately 750 feet northwest of the intersection of Link Lane and Duff Drive

7. PREMIER WELLNESS CENTER SPECIAL REVIEW & APPEAL, FILE #10-Z1807: Request: Approval of a Medical Marijuana Dispensary in the C ñ Commercial Zoning District and an appeal to Section 4.3.3.F.1 of the Land Use Code to allow the dispensary to be within 500 feet of a public park; located at 2321 E. Mulberry Street, Unit 12A, Fort Collins, South of the E. Mulberry Street frontage road, approximately 600 feet southwest of the intersection of E. Mulberry Street and Timberline Road.
