BRUNELLE/PALMER PHEASANT RUN EXEMPTION AMENDED PLAT, FILE #10-S2984: Request: Amended Plat of Tract 1 of the Brunelle Exemption, Parcel B of the Palmer Exemption, and Lot 19 of the Pheasant Run Subdivision; located on the east side of South County Road 21, north of the Pheasant Run Subdivision, southwest of Berthoud.

*2. FERNBROOK MEADOWS LOT 10 AMENDED PLAT/WOLAVER BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT, FILE #10-S2983: Request: To adjust the lots lines between four adjacent parcels by reconfiguring and combining the four parcels into two new parcels; located º mile north of the intersection of Brookside Drive and Fernbrook Drive.

*3. CRONE LOT SIZE APPEAL, FILE #10-G0200: Request: Approval of appeals to Sections 4.1.16.B and 8.14.2.H of the Larimer County Land Use Code to allow a substandard non conforming lot be reduced in size and to allow a new lot to not meet the width to depth ratios. Related file # 10-S2986; located adjacent to the Glen Haven post office on both sides of CR 43

*4. GLEN HAVEN LOTS 6, 7, 27 AND 47, AMENDED PLAT, FILE #10-S2986: Request: Approval of an amended plat for the Lots 6 & 7 of Block 7 Glen Haven and Lots 27 & 47 of the Amended Plat of Lots27, 34 and 47 Block 7 Glen Haven to correct unapproved divisions; located adjacent to the Glen Haven post office on both sides of CR 43.

5. ASPEN BROOK REZONING: Request: Rezone the Aspen Brook PUD from ìRMî Multi-Family to ìAî Accommodations; located at 2343 Aspen Brook Drive (just across the road from the Dunraven Inn on the way to the YMCA camp).

6. JONES/SLATTEN FAMILY TRUST APPEAL, FILE #10-G020: Request: Appeal of the Planning Directorís determination that the RV Park/Campground was not legally permitted and is not a non-conforming use; located on the north side of Highway 34 just east of the intersection with County Road 43.

7. OTTE EXEMPTION, FILE #10-S2969: Request: Approval to divide 34.34 acres into two single-family residential lots as an exemption plat. The request includes an appeal to Section 8.14.2.B of the Land Use Code to allow buildings in areas of steep slopes; located æ miles north of the intersection of CR #44H & CR #27, on the east side of CR #27 (Stove Prairie Rd).
