Pauline Steving, 93, of Greeley, formerly of Loveland and Longmont, passed away at Fairacres Manor in Greeley on Monday, September 6, 2010.
Pauline was born in Berthoud, Colorado, on November 9, 1916, to John Henry and Christina (Urbach) Giebelhaus.
Pauline married Fred Steving in Fort Collins, Colorado, on September 12, 1937. They farmed in the Longmont area and upon retirement moved in to Longmont. Fred preceded Pauline in death on January 14, 1989.
Pauline is survived by three daughters: Beverly Jean Steving of Loveland, Donna Faye Rice of Franktown and Dee Ann Hart of Loveland; seven grandchildren: Kevin and Darren Ferguson, Michelle Hammond, April, B.J., Casey and Dustin Hart; and seven great-grandchildren: Justin, Chyanne, Dylan, Isabella, Sophia, Zoey and Haley.
Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the Greenlawn Cemetery in Berthoud. Viewing will be at the Kibbey-Fishburn Funeral Home in Loveland from Thursday morning until noon.
