Smith Has Positive Approach

Letter to the editor 2 Smith Has Positive ApproachWith over 17 years in the public safety in northern Colorado, I have had the opportunity to work with many local and federal law enforcement agencies throughout the Front Range.

I can tell you that Major Smith is one of the most professional law enforcement officers I have had the privilege to work with.

His knowledge of law enforcement, state statutes and more importantly dealing with people, people on a personal level this is highly valued and appreciated.

It is clear his breadth and depth of knowledge about the Sheriff’s Office and the duties the Sheriff is responsible to perform is second to none.

There is no other candidate that even comes close to Justin’s forward-looking and positive approach to the current and upcoming financial times facing the Office of Sheriff.

I have come to appreciate the high caliber of Justin’s integrity and character as one of Larimer County’s outstanding community leaders.

Justin is committed to the service of the people of Larimer County; this is his primary focus, keeping Larimer County safe.

I whole-heartedly endorse, and ask that you join me in voting for Justin Smith for Larimer County Sheriff.

Eric S. Blake,
Division Chief; Loveland Fire and Rescue (Retired)
