Denver – Timothy Doyle Young, age 52, an inmate at the Administrative Maximum Security (ADX) institution at the Federal Correctional Complex at Florence, Colorado, was found guilty today by a jury of assault on a federal officer with a deadly or dangerous weapon. The jury trial, heard before U.S. District Judge Marcia S. Krieger, lasted just over two days. The jury deliberated for approximately 25 minutes before returning their verdict. Police stopped a driver at 1:44 a.m. shortly after he left the ramp from First Street to Highway 287.
