Press Release Date: December 30, 2011 Larimer County Jail Inmate Devin Wayne Thomas, DOB: 07/06/85 was charged today with 2nd Degree Assault (F4) for attacking a Larimer County Jail deputy. 10/25/2011 Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of an assault in the 4000-block of Goodell Lane at 12:43 a.m. this morning. Upon arrival, deputies discovered two individuals that had been injured by nunchucks, a martial arts weapon which is classified as a deadly weapon.
