Joyce Bleil Laffoon, 86, passed away on March 15, 2019. Born in Chicago, Illinois on Mother’s Day, May 8, 1932, she was the oldest child of Walter and Leona Bleil. Joyce was joined by sister Elinor and brother Leonard and spent her formative years in Oskaloosa, Kansas where her parents owned and ran a grocery store. Edward Nau was born on November 5, 1920, in Duluth, Minnesota, the son of Gottfried and Elizabeth (Nee: Leonhardt) Nau, immigrants from Bavaria, Germany. Richard Irvin Currier passed away on January 11, 2019 at McKee Medical Center in Loveland. He was 73 years old. Richard was born on September 27, 1945 in Friend, Nebraska to Ralph and Sarah (Brown) Currier. He graduated from Seward High School in 1963 and then attended Nebraska Wesleyan University.
