She is survived by Clarence, her husband of 67 years; son Michael Dean of Longmont; daughters Candace Kay Davis (C.L.) of Holcomb, Kansas, Cynthia LaRee Gaiser (Jeff) of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, and Julie Ann Hoekstra (Scott) of Westminster. Gene Ellis went to the arms of his Lord August 4, 2011. He was born in Smith Center, Kan. to Lawrence E. and Thelma Pauline (Rupert) Ellis on September 18, 1938. Roger was born on July 25, 1929 to Theron Clay and Rosa Leora (Stewart) Gibbons in Worland, Wyoming where he grew up on his family’s ranch. Gary G. Olson of Berthoud died July 7, 2011 at Hospice Care Center in Louisville, after gallantly fighting colon cancer since the spring of 2004. He was 71.
