February 1 - 9 Saturday, February 1 Speeding / Protection Order Violation: Mile Marker325 S Hwy 287, a 39-year-old Livermore man was contacted for doing 100 mph in a 65-mph zone. Incident Report February 1- 9 Saturday, February 1 Engine 61 dispatched to the 1500 block of Woodcock Street for a gas leak. The crew found a small leak by the meter. Xcel was notified, and the crew remained on scene until Xcel replaced the fittings. BFPD dispatched to the 17000 block of Frontier Road for a grass fire. Felix Castillo Lara, 86, beloved husband, father, and friend, left this earth peacefully on February 19th, 2020 while at home with his family. Felix was born in New Braunfels, Texas to Jose and Manuela Lara on January 21, 1934. He met and married Frances Ornelas in Fort Collins, Colorado. They were married 66 years and resided in Berthoud.
