Incident Report May 1- May 8 Sunday, May 1 Squad 61 dispatched to the 1500 block of Alpine Drive for a person who had fallen. The patient was evaluated and lifted into a chair. The family refused transport, and TVEMS cleared Squad 61 from the scene. Squad 61 responded to the 1500 block of Alpine Drive to help TVEMS with lifting a patient to a cot. Incident Report May 1-2 Sunday, May 2 Squad 61 responded to the Love’s Travel Stop for a sick person. The crew began patient assessment and transferred care to TVEMS. Squad 61 responded to the 1400 block of Biffle Court for a lift assist. Engine 61 dispatched to the 1000-1200 block of 42nd Street SE for a motor vehicle accident.   September  1 - 6 Tuesday, September 1 Squad 61 responded to the 300 block of Michigan Avenue for a lift assist. A 73-year-old man was found lying on his living room floor. He had no complaints of injuries due to his fall. The man was helped into his chair. Patient refused to be transported. Squad 61 responded to the 1000 block of Monroe Avenue for a lift assist.     Incident Report July 1 - 5 Wednesday, July 1 Engine 62 dispatched to the 3000 block of Meining Road for a junk vehicle on fire. The fire was out. The homeowner stated that it was just a pile of rubbish that was on fire. Engine 61 dispatched to 1st Street for a 2-vehicle accident. Both drivers said that they were not injured and refused treatment by TVEMS. Once both vehicles were removed from the roadway all units cleared. Updated November 8, 2016   Berthoud Fire Protection District Incident Activity October 2016 Monday, October 10 Berthoud Engine 26 responded to a grass fire near structures at 605 S. Cty Road 27E. Berthoud Fire Protection District Incident Activity for July  2010 Friday, July 2 BFPD responded to a reported grass fire on Bruce Drive. A small fire in a homeowner’s back yard was extinguished. BFPD responded to a reported vehicle fire on Interstate 25 southbound lanes @ mile marker 253.
