Fire Suspect Booked Date:                        04/21/2011       Thomas Howie, DOB: 01/03/75, of Fort Collins, turned himself in to the Larimer County Jail today after an arrest warrant was issued for him for Arson, a class four felony.  Mr. Howie was booked and released on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond.
