Larimer County, Colorado – The Board of Larimer County Commissioners (BCC) today adopted the 2011 Larimer County Budget, revised the 2010 budget and certified Mill Levies for 2011. The 2011 Budget is $310,583,481, a $15,222 change from the budget proposed on October 15, 2010. The change reflects departmental budget changes as well as increased revenues from new improvement districts. By Gary Wamsley The Berthoud Community Library Board joined a long list of agencies officially opposing Amendments 60 & 61 and Proposition 101. At Thursday’s meeting, Library Director, Sara Wright briefed the board on what she had learned about the ballot initiative's effect on the library.
