Gene Kiehn (December 1, 1935 - April 26, 2010) Gene Kiehn, 74, of Berthoud died April 26 at the Berthoud Living Center. Gene was born to Fred and Lottie Kiehn on December, 1, 1935 at their farm home east of Berthoud. He was student at Whipple School during his grade school years and considered it a privilege to have attended a rural school where all the farm kids knew each other.
