The Broncos started strong in their lone Monday Night Football appearance of the season but couldn't keep it going, falling to the San Diego Chargers, 35-14, at Qualcomm Stadium. Knowshon Moreno capped a 6-play, 69-yard opening drive with a 4-yard touchdown run. Behind Philip Rivers' four touchdown passes, San Diego responded by running off 35 unanswered points before Kyle Orton added a late touchdown pass to Brandon Lloyd. Take the bus from Berthoud to Fort Collins, Denver and
Beginning June 7 the new FLEX bus service will link Berthoud with Fort Collins, Loveland and the Longmont Regional Transportation District’s (RTD) bus connections to downtown Denver and Boulder. During weekday peak commuting hours in the morning and evening, an express route will serve primary stops between Fort Collins and Longmont, including a stop in Berthoud. My husband and I were constituents of Andrew Romanoff for the last five years we lived in Denver when he was a member of the Colorado House of Representatives. We met and spoke with him on the front porch of our Washington Park home where we had lived since 1970.
