Safety Upgrades to Patrol Fleet The Larimer County Sheriff's Office has approved a safety upgrade to its patrol car fleet in the form of blue and yellow reflective striping on the rear of new vehicles. Press Release Date: December 30, 2011 Larimer County Jail Inmate Devin Wayne Thomas, DOB: 07/06/85 was charged today with 2nd Degree Assault (F4) for attacking a Larimer County Jail deputy. On December 19 a routine task turned violent. A deputy in the high security area of the jail was handing out clean laundry when he was attacked.
