Weld County man sentenced to 14 years in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine DENVER – Victor Rangel, age 59, of La Salle, Colorado, was sentenced to serve 14 years in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute 500 grams or more of methamphetamine, U.S. Attorney John Walsh and ATF Special Agent in Charge Marvin Richardson announced.
