Loveland Public Library closes to observe memorial for

  The Loveland Public Library will close from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Sept. 27, to allow employees to attend a Celebration of Life for their friend and colleague Patty Goodwine, a victim of Big Thompson Canyon flooding.   Change in items requested and hours of operation at Donation Center Thanks to the generosity of many in our community, the City’s Donation Center is now chock-full of useful household items, furniture and dry goods that are being disseminated to area flood survivors.
