Governor declares disaster emergency for Crystal Fire

              DENVER ­— Monday, April 4, 2011 — Gov. John Hickenlooper issued a disaster emergency declaration today for the Crystal Fire in Larimer County. This declaration will authorize $1.7 million in state aid to help pay firefighting costs.
