Ruth B. Luce of Longmont, Colo. died December 23, 2010 at the Peaks Care Center in Longmont. She was 86. Ruth was born on September 6, 1924 in Stratford, Connecticut to Hugh S. and Margaret (Spencer) Bailie. After dating all throughout high school, Ruth married William Raymond “Bill” Luce in Elkton, Maryland on February 27, 1943. They celebrated 63 years of marriage before his death in 2006. Mariella was born on March 22, 1930 in Prague, Oklahoma to Orlie Joe and Letha (Daniel) McGuire. She married Walter P. “Bud” Marsh on August 7, 1952 in Prague, Oklahoma.
