Town of Berthoud Legal Notice-Liquor License

LEGAL NOTICE Pursuant to the liquor laws of Colorado, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Berthoud has scheduled a public hearing  of the hotel restaurant liquor license of J.B. J. B. Clymer’s is moving

The staff of J. B. Clymer’s restaurant served its last meal at the corner of Fourth Street and Mountain Avenue on Valentine’s Day. In the wake of last month’s threat of imminent seizure of the building to satisfy unpaid state sales taxes, Sharon Dowling and Shari Nixon determined that it was time to move.
