Local celebrity Chef Jeremy Roush has a cooking video in the "Mass Appeal." Jeremy is the former operator of the Berthoud Wayside Inn and is now the Executive Chef at Amherst College. It is with great sorrow that we say goodbye to Jeremy Roush and Debbie Hermance as they permanently take up residence in Massachusetts. By Claudia Todd-Young “Amherst’s gain is Berthoud’s loss,” said a local businessman as he spoke of Jeremy Roush’s upcoming move to Massachusetts. Roush has accepted the position of executive chef at Amherst College in Amherst, Mass., about 85 miles from Boston.
