Leslie Shawn Baird, 42, of Berthoud, Colorado, passed away suddenly Saturday, February 1, 2014. He was born June 14, 1971 in Greeley, Colorado to Gary and Katherine (Katie) Baird. He attended schools in Loveland and Johnstown. Shawn lived his whole life in the northern Colorado area. Shawn faced many challenges in life and never complained about any of his burdens. Robert “Bob” L. Brehm, 77, of Berthoud passed away peacefully on January 3, 2012 at his home. He was born December 10, 1934 in Johnstown, Colorado to Adam and Mary (Schafer) Brehm. He graduated from Berthoud High School in 1953, lettering in football and basketball. Bob married Charlene Johnson of Berthoud on February 26, 1956. Harmon arrested in Johnstown

The Larimer County Sheriff's Department is reporting Berthoud police have arrested a man in connection to an armed robbery in Laramie, Wyoming.  The sheriff's department says 22 year old Rayburn Scott Harmon was arrested in Johnstown without incident.
