Birdie Griep, 91, of Berthoud was surrounded by family when she passed on peacefully to be with the Lord on April 29, 2017. She was born in Berthoud in 1925 on the family farm north of town, to Dan and Mollie Giebelhaus. Birdie was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Florence, brothers Roland and Reuben Gablehouse, her husband Victor Griep and great-grandson Aaron.     Charles Gilbert Anderson, 80, of Loveland, died on December 2, 2013 at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland. He was born on December 21, 1932 in Denver, Colorado to Edwin L. and Ida Sara (Wilson)Anderson. Mrs. Margaret Ruth (Sterkel) Ibsen, 92, passed away Thursday, June 17, 2010.  Born in Berthoud, Colorado on February 27, 1918, she was a self-taught seamstress.  In her later years, she enjoyed working as a nanny.  Upon the death of a younger sister, she became guardian of two nephews and a niece.
