Poudre River Incident - Second Death Date:               5/27/2014 What began around mid-day in the Poudre Canyon in Larimer County as a search and rescue attempt for a 14-year old boy; has ended in two deaths. The family that has lost these two young men today resides in the Greeley area. Authorities were called to the Poudre Canyon around twelve miles west of Ted's Place shortly after noon.       Larimer County Sheriff's Office Emergency Services crews were called to assist the Wellington Fire Department today on a grass fire in the area of Vesta Lane and County Road 9. The fire was reported at approximately noon today.  Poudre Fire Authority was also called to assist. The grass fire burned approximately 650 acres and is currently about 90% contained.     10/25/2011   Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of an assault in the 4000-block of Goodell Lane at 12:43 a.m. this morning.  Upon arrival, deputies discovered two individuals that had been injured by nunchucks, a martial arts weapon which is classified as a deadly weapon.
