Obituary: Harry Orville Ayars

Harry O. Ayars, 69, lifetime resident of Weld and Larimer County Colorado, died Saturday, August 10, 2013, at Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital, Johnstown, Colorado, after battling COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) for over 12 years. Born January 19, 1944, in Greeley to Loren Orville and Beulah Lillian (Wickstrom) Ayars, he grew up on the family farm and ranch 18 miles northwest of Grover.  He graduated from Grover High School May 17, 1962 in a graduating class of 16.  ... Missing man found

Kyle Mark, the 29-year-old developmentally delayed man, who went missing Wednesday night has been found.  Mr. Mark was found last night about 9:00 p.m. unharmed and is now back with his caregiver.  The Larimer County Sheriff's Office extends its thanks to the public for helping to look for the man.

The Larimer County Coroner has identified the man who died during the officer-involved shooting earlier this week as Louis James Skelly, DOB: 06/27/52, of Livermore, Colorado. On Monday, June 3rd at approximately 1:09 p.m., the Larimer County Sheriff's Office was called to the area of County Road 82E and Cherokee Trail Road on the report of shots being fired and yelling coming from a neighboring property. Larimer County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) personnel responded to the area of Cherokee Park Road and Cherokee Trail Road, a rural area northwest of Fort Collins near Red Feather Lakes, earlier today on the report of a neighbor dispute.
