The Larimer County Department of Natural Resources is excited to host the Longs Peak Council, Boy Scouts of America celebration of 100 Years of Scouting at a Fall Camporee, September 24-26, 2010, at Hermit Park Open Space just outside of Estes Park. Larimer County and Longs Peak Council staff and volunteers have worked together for over a year to plan this historic event. Blue Sky Trail Head Opens to the Public on July 25

Larimer County Natural Resources is proud to announce the opening of the Blue Sky Trail Head on Friday, June 25, 2010. The new trail head will be a jumping off point to over 75 miles of regional trails, including Lory State Park, Coyote Ridge Natural Area, Horsetooth Mountain Open Space, Blue Sky Trail, and Devils Backbone Open Space.
