Date: 4/12/2012 Larimer County Sheriff's Office investigators arrested Ryan Conrad-Davis, DOB: 051085, of Fort Collins last night (041112) on charges of cultivating, possessing and distributing marijuana, all felonies. Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies along with Poudre Fire Authority and Poudre Valley Ambulance responded to a small plane crash this afternoon (3/8/12) at approximately 1:00 p.m. near County Road 5 and County Road 40.
