The event was sponsored by the League of Women voters of Larimer County.   Larimer County, Colorado – Larimer County wants feedback on proposed changes to the Larimer County Special Event Permit regulations.   Date:               2/21/2012 Wendy Vita Hart, DOB: 032055, has been identified as the shooter in a domestic incident that occurred at 1300 Cherry Avenue in Loveland, Colorado on February 12, 2012.  This incident resulted in the death of  her boyfriend Jeffery Buckley.  Ms. Hart called 911 at approximately 9:44 p.m. on February 12 to report the shooting.           Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to the 1300-block of Cherry Avenue in Loveland, in unincorporated Larimer County, at 9:44 p.m. last night after a female called 911 to report a shooting.  Upon arrival, deputies discovered a 51-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his upper torso.
