          James Edward Griffin, DOB: 02/02/89, of Fort Collins was arrested yesterday (3/8/12) for two counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child (18-6-403) for the possession and distribution of child pornography. In February of this year, Larimer County Sheriff's Office investigators were notified by the Loveland Police Department that they had identified an address in unincorporated Larimer County from which someone was possibly distributing child pornography. ... Over 50 people showed up at All Saints Episcopal Church on Saturday to listen to former Colorado State legislator, Ken Gordon speak about money in politics. The event was sponsored by the League of Women voters of Larimer County. Gordon’s main point was that if a candidate takes money from special interest groups, then they are beholden to those interests and voters have less say in government than donors with money.   Larimer County, Colorado – Larimer County wants feedback on proposed changes to the Larimer County Special Event Permit regulations. Currently, Larimer County’s Special Events Permit Resolution limits ‘events’ on any one segment of county road to ‘2’ in any 30 day period.  The Resolution defines events on county roads as “a bicycle race or ride; foot race or walk; a motored vehicle event; a temporary road closure for purposes other than normal highway uses” and goes on ...   Date:               2/21/2012 Wendy Vita Hart, DOB: 032055, has been identified as the shooter in a domestic incident that occurred at 1300 Cherry Avenue in Loveland, Colorado on February 12, 2012.  This incident resulted in the death of  her boyfriend Jeffery Buckley.  Ms. Hart called 911 at approximately 9:44 p.m. on February 12 to report the shooting.
