Berthoud Library drops some overdue fines

As of August 1, the Berthoud Community Library District is no longer charging overdue fines on books; fines are still charged on overdue DVDs, audiobooks, and music CDs. District residents pay property taxes to support the library, and the Library District Board of Trustees believes in keeping any other fines and fees to a minimum.
