Help for Loveland seniors and disabled residents

      A pair of teams of Loveland Solid Waste Division employees this afternoon began initial safety and cleanup work for Loveland seniors and disabled residents who have requested assistance with tree limb issues resulting from this week’s storm. The crews will remove any hanging limbs they can safely reach from the ground in these residents’ yards. Loveland crews clearing broken, overhanging branches

Seven City of Loveland crews are working with chain saws, front end loaders, dump trucks, pickups and bucket trucks to clear city streets and public right-of-way of fallen and overhanging branches.   Crews are first dealing with what appears to be the hardest hit area; from Taft to Boise between Eisenhower and First Street.
