LATEST INFORMATION This will be the last daily flood update as operations enter the recovery phase; however, we will continue to publish information as needed. The following information update has been made for: Flooding in Larimer County Despite a delay in getting the helicopters up in the air Monday because of the weather, crews were able to evacuate 420 people yesterday, which include 250 people from the Pinewood Springs area.  Weather today is expected to be very good and is allowing for a full day of rescue operations.  Weather outlook for the rest of the week looks favorable with only slight chances for afternoon storms in the middle of the ...   Despite the weather on Sunday limiting air evacuations, ground crews were able to rescue and evacuate 100 people in the Cedar Cove area. FEMA brought in two, 80-person search and rescue teams yesterday to assist with operations.  The weather is more promising today and tomorrow for air evacuation operations.   Premier Gymnastics Meet 2013 Routine Opener  By Wendy Kenner Premier Gymnastics of the Rockies hosted their first meet of the season on September 7 and 8. It was held at Loveland High School. The Level 3 team placed third. The Level 4 and 5 teams both placed first in the Team Competitions. In the All Around competition: For Level 3, in the Younger Division, Myah French placed fourth. Kenneth Roy Krieger, 74, of Berthoud, passed away Monday, September 2, 2013 in Loveland, Colorado from a heart related illness. Kenny was born January 11, 1939 at the family home in Berthoud to Conrad and Leora (Dreith) Krieger. He graduated from Berthoud High School in 1957. This farm boy found his way to Chicago, where he worked for Midway Airlines and met his future bride, Judith M. Petre of East Aurora, NY.   Lloyd Mobley, a Berthoud resident for 16 years is perhaps better known as the “Great Lloydini” as he and his wife Linda performed their magic show in Berthoud and the surrounding area for many years.
