Where did those files go By Gary Wamsley On Monday, February 7, I received a call that the Recorder Online was not working. This alarmed me, as I didn’t recall any of the links being broken. I proceeded to open an Internet browser window and entered the URL of the website: www.berthoudrecorder.com. I was alarmed to receive a “You do not have permission” as a result.
