LARAMIE, Wyo. — Police in Laramie, Wyo., are looking for a man suspected of stealing from a Walmart in Laramie and stealing a vehicle in Colorado. Police say 22-year-old Rayburn Scott Harmon is believed to be driving a stolen black 2007 Cadillac Escalade.
