Wyoming police looking for Scott Harmon

LARAMIE, Wyo. — Police in Laramie, Wyo., are looking for a man suspected of stealing from a Walmart in Laramie and stealing a vehicle in Colorado. Police say 22-year-old Rayburn Scott Harmon is believed to be driving a stolen black 2007 Cadillac Escalade. The Rawlins Daily Times reports Harmon is accused of failing to return the Escalade to a car dealership in Berthoud, Colo., after taking it for a test drive. Tuesday, February 1 A vehicle ran into a fence in the 400 Block of East County Road 8. No injuries were reported. An injured cat was returned to its owner in the 600 block of Sunnywood Place. A 1980 Pontiac was reported stolen from the 200 block of Welch Avenue. A resident in the 200 block of Second Street saw footprints in the snow and reported having a prowler. Two barking dog complaints were received between 7:30 and 8 p.m. The first in the 800 block of Longview, the second on Sage Place. Both pet owners were give verbal warnings. On October 4, 2010, at 1:45 A.M. a pedestrian flagged down an on-duty deputy in the 1300 block of North Taft Road.  The complainant reported that he and his friends had been assaulted by various individuals who lived on a small parcel of property in the 1300 block on North Taft Road in unincorporated Larimer County.  The complainant along with three other individuals were interviewed by deputies and investigators for several hours.  The results of those interviews allowed investigators to ...
